Begin to be aware of how your body shifts to find stability, grounding into our legs for support, and having to shift our weight to regain our balance and integrity.
How is this like our life? Ever shifting and adapting to the demands of our environment to regain some groundedness and stability? Can we create more awareness of this in our body and allow space for our self to find these little adjustments?
