Nervous System Reset

A Polyvagal Approach to Yoga Therapy

Reclaiming Your Nervous System in midlife

Nervous System Reset: 6-Week Therapeutic Program

Feeling like your internal Wi-Fi keeps dropping out just when you need it most? Nervous System Reset is a specialized 6-week program designed to help you build real resilience, flexibility, and self-regulation—so you can handle whatever life (or midlife) throws your way.

What’s This All About?

This isn’t just another yoga class. Nervous System Reset is rooted in the latest science, using a polyvagal-informed approach to help you understand and befriend your nervous system. Each week, you’ll explore a blend of:

  • Gentle movement and somatosensory yoga practices (no pretzel poses required)

  • Breathwork to calm, energize, and balance

  • A variety of meditation techniques to anchor you in the present

Why Midlife Women?

Let’s be real: ages 40–60 can feel like a rollercoaster with no seatbelt. Hormonal shifts, life transitions, and the general “what now?” of midlife can leave your nervous system feeling like it’s stuck in rush hour traffic. The good news? The more regulated and flexible your nervous system, the better you’ll navigate the ups, downs, and loop-de-loops of perimenopause and beyond.

A more resilient nervous system means fewer symptoms, more ease, and a lot more grace—no matter what stage you’re in.

What You’ll Get:

  • Practical, evidence-based tools you can use in real life

  • A supportive, judgement-free space to explore and grow

  • Lasting positive changes in how you respond to stress and emotion
