WHY JOIN?

The Pause Collective exists to create intentional spaces for people to step out of the rush of modern life and into the power of present moment awareness. Through weekly meditation sessions and mindful community building, we cultivate the radical act of pausing – challenging the culture of constant doing, and nurturing the art of conscious being.

We believe that in a world of endless acceleration, the simple act of pausing is revolutionary. Our collective provides tools, community, and practice spaces for people to:

Meeting weekly during the workday, we make meditation accessible and practical while maintaining its transformative depth. We progress systematically through foundational practices, building skills and understanding that support both individual growth and collective awakening.

Duration: 30 minutes
Note: Classes begin promptly. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in and find your spot. Zoom space will open 10 min before class begins.

For just $20/month you get access to our weekly group meditation practice, receive the recording to practice throughout the week, and tips on integrating the theme/practice into your life seamlessly. There will be readings and supplemental information for those who wish to dive a little deeper.

Think of it as pressing a refresh button for your mind - clearing away the morning's stress and setting you up for a focused, peaceful afternoon. The midday timing helps break up your workday and prevent that afternoon slump.

Life gets busy, and we understand that. For just $20/ month, you'll get:

  • Live 30-45 minute guided meditation session available twice weekly

  • Recording of each session to practice throughout the week

  • Written guide exploring the month’s meditation theme

  • Miss a session? No problem - the recording ensures you never miss out on the practice.
