Monthly Wellness Classes

Free virtual classes to nourish your nervous system and honour your heart

Life's been a lot lately, hasn't it? Between the world being the world and your personal brand of chaos, finding time to actually breathe feels like another item on an already impossible to-do list. These three monthly classes aren't about adding more pressure - they're about creating space for what you actually need.

Choose the one that calls to you, or treat yourself to all three. Your nervous system will thank you, and honestly, you deserve to feel human again.

    4th Wednesday | 6 PM MT / 8 PM ET | 30 minutes(Yoga Nidra practice)

Ever wished you could hit pause on your brain's endless chatter and just... float? This is the art of sleeping while awake - like a guided daydream for adults, except instead of getting in trouble for spacing out, you're doing something incredibly good for your nervous system.

Lie down somewhere cozy and let my voice guide you into that blissful space between awake and asleep where your body repairs itself and your mind finally gets a proper break. It's deep rest without the commitment of an actual nap.

  • Heartbeat: A Space for Grief and Grace

3rd Sunday | 10 AM MT / 12 PM ET | 75 minutes (Sharing Circle, Writing Practice, and Gentle Yoga)

Grief doesn't follow a schedule, but sometimes it helps to have a regular place to land when the waves hit. Whether you're navigating fresh loss or carrying grief that's been your unwelcome companion for years, this space honours the messy, complicated reality of what it feels like to be human.

We'll share (if you want to), write to process what's stirring, and close with gentle movement to help your nervous system remember it's safe to soften. This isn't about "getting over" anything - it's about finding your rhythm and having your experience witnessed.
