Remember when “winding down” actually meant winding down, not just scrolling through your phone and hoping for the best? The Monthly Reset: Rest and Restore is your invitation to hit pause, exhale, and give your nervous system the TLC it’s been begging for.
This isn’t your average yoga class—it’s a gentle, therapeutic reset designed for real life (and real exhaustion). We’ll use simple, accessible poses and whatever household props you can grab—pillows, blankets, maybe that laundry pile you keep meaning to fold—to help your body remember it’s safe to let go. No flexibility required, and definitely no spandex.
Perfect for anyone whose shoulders have become permanent earrings or whose brain has mistaken 2 a.m. for “prime problem-solving time.” Pajamas are encouraged, cameras are optional, and to-do lists are strictly banned at the door.
