Regulating our Stressed-Out nervous systems is key to flourishing, contentment and healthy relationships!
Wellness is..
the active, multidimensional pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health.
Wellness allows us to actualize our potential.
-
Mind
Train the mind and you will change your life. When it comes to wellness and our mind - creating mindful awareness of our mind and what it does, shifting our mindset to one that is open and limitless, and the ability to transform core beliefs that are limiting our potential.
-
Body
We have this one body in this lifetime and our bodies require us to nourish it to operate effectively. How are you nourishing your body? What blocks you from doing so? We expand on the mind-training to develop healthy habits that nourish our bodies and allow us to reach our potential.
-
Spirit
We are spiritual beings in a human body. How can we connect to a deeper sense of knowing, intuition, that which is formless and eternal? When we connect to and act from this place we show up with more authenticity, love, and confidence.
What is COaching?
Coaching is a process of dialogue between coach and client that allows the client to recognize, commit to, and engage in practices that actualize the client’s potential. Coaching can be around health and wellness, relationships, life in general, career/work focused, and more.
Coaching assumes the client is at a stable place mentally and emotionally and focused on present activities and habits to cultivate a brighter future.
Coaching is not psychotherapy. The scope of practice for a coach is limited.
Wellness coaching…
…is a form of coaching that focuses on helping individuals improve their overall well-being. It involves a collaborative partnership between a wellness coach and a client, aiming to identify goals, create action plans, and implement strategies to enhance various aspects of a person's life, including physical health, mental health, nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall lifestyle choices that impact our ability to achieve our goals and flourish.
…assists clients in setting achievable goals, overcoming obstacles, and making sustainable lifestyle changes. They may utilize various techniques such as motivational interviewing, goal setting, behaviour change strategies, and providing support and accountability to help clients adopt healthier habits and improve their overall quality of life.
Methodologies
In coaching, we may employ various methodologies to connect to and support clients, including but not limited to motivational interviewing, strength-based strategies, positive psychology, social cognition, theories of emotional intelligence, mindfulness and neuroscience.
Clients
Clients are individuals who are seeking to improve their health, manage stress, adopt healthier habits, or enhance their overall quality of life. Clients are ready to make a change and recognize they need support to do so.
NOURISH Yourself: 3 month Wellness coaching Program
Initial Assessment: The program begins with an assessment of the client's current health status, lifestyle habits, goals, challenges, and areas they want to improve. This is done via a combination of an interview and several questionnaires and/or assessments.
Goal Setting: We work collaboratively to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals could encompass areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, or overall lifestyle changes.
Creating Action Plans: Based on the identified goals, a personalized action plan is developed. This may include information, guidance, accountability, tips, suggestions and other.
Behaviour Change Strategies: During regular, timely, supportive check-ins, we focus on obstacles to implementing the behavioural change related to the goal set. This could involve identifying barriers, exploring motivators, and implementing strategies to overcome obstacles.
Monitoring Progress: A client’s progress is tracked and assessed regularly.
Evaluation and Follow-Up: At the end of the program, we conduct an evaluation to review achievements, reassess goals, and discuss strategies for maintaining progress post-program.
NOURISH YOURSELF
NOURISH YOURSELF is fundamentally about transforming our relationship to our nervous system and ultimately to our Self.
When we are able to regulate our nervous system through a variety of actions, behaviours and practices, it impacts our relationships to Self, others and the world around us.
Ultimately, when we can NOURISH our nervous system, we also learn to be in a different relationship with our mind, body and spirit.
The NOURISH YOURSELF program aims to empower clients by helping them develop self-management skills, resilience, and the ability to sustain healthy habits even after the coaching program concludes.
This is a 3-month core program that has flexibility with the FOCUS but within the context of nourishment. Clients who complete the core program can continue with another coaching program or sessions for additional or ongoing support.
WHO?
You are READY to make a change and focus on your health and well-being.
You may have experienced burnout or a feeling of being overwhelmed; you may be tired of being tired; or you may be experiencing an illness due to anxiety, stress or aging. You may be tired of putting other people and work ahead of your own needs including your health.
The core program is a great option for those who have noticed they are resistant to change, have difficulty sticking to programs or healthy practices, don’t know where to begin, are overwhelmed and find it difficult to do things on their own (self-management), or have a chronic illness that complicates or hinders the ability to do “regular” health programs.
WHAT?
The program is for a duration of 3 months. There is an initial assessment, which includes a 90-minute interview and review of assessments and questionnaires. This will include a full medical/health history. From there, an action plan is developed, including areas of focus, practices, and how support will be offered. Supports may include email, voice messaging, and check-in sessions. The quantity of each will differ for each person. There will be regular check-ins for all clients to ensure compliance and to address change obstacles.

Better with others!
Research shows we implement change better when we do it with others. This is especially true of our partners and those we live with but can extend to those we spend the most time with (aka co-workers and friends). So as a way to support you and your loved one doing this program together I offer a special rate for two people - note that initial assessments are done separately but check-ins are done together. This is not couples counselling! But when we are able to better regulate and focus on self-care individually while supporting each other - it can transform how you relate to each other.
Full Payment (for 2): $1450
