The long weekend approaches and so does September. And with a new month also comes a potential need to embrace the Energy of Transition.

As we step into September next week, the energy around us begins to shift. You may already be feeling it. The lazy days of summer give way to the structure of schedules, routines, and the familiar rhythm of busy-ness. For many, this transition can feel both invigorating and overwhelming as we juggle the demands of work, school, and personal life.

In the midst of this seasonal shift, it's essential to remember that our nervous systems are also adjusting to the change in pace. This month, our focus is on supporting our overall wellness through education and practices that nurture and regulate our nervous systems. By prioritizing nervous system health, we can navigate this busy season with greater ease, resilience, and balance.

Throughout September, we'll be sharing tips, resources, and practices designed to help you maintain your well-being amidst the hustle and bustle. Whether it's through mindful movement, breathwork, or intentional rest, our goal is to equip you with the tools to stay grounded and connected to yourself as you embrace the changing energy of the season. We offer a variety of options to support you including free and low cost classes, programs, and educational opportunities.

Fall Mindful & Moving Series

A free five-week series providing short (under 30 min) classes to embrace the season of transition during the in-between period of summer and fall. Expect meditation, movement, and breath practices to support us and guide us. Classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive to most bodies. Starts September 2nd - all classes are pre-recorded and delivered on Monday morning each week.

Full Moon Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra practice

Each month, we offer a free class that celebrates the lunation cycle as a remembrance to the neverending ebbs and flows of life. We talk briefly about the astrology as a potential perspective towards our inner work. We move through gentle restorative postures to guide our nervous systems to surrender to rest. And finally we move through a yoga nidra practice aimed to further support our nervous systems, our highest visions for self, and our relationship to ourselves and others.
