Welcome to Our Seasonal Mindful & Moving Series
Join us for a transformative five-week journey beginning September 2nd. Our overall theme: Embracing the Season of Transition - Aligning Body, Mind, and Spirit with the Rhythms of Fall. Together we will work through a full lunar cycle from new moon to new moon as a guidepost.
Our sessions aim to restore balance between action and stillness through gentle yoga postures, breath practices, and meditation. Discover the harmony of movement, meditation, and breathwork in our carefully crafted classes. Designed to be gentle and trauma-sensitive, these practices are welcoming to all bodies, helping you to align body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of Fall.
This series is offered for free and is open to everyone.
Each session will be released on Monday mornings, and you’re welcome to join at your convenience. We aim to keep each class under 30 min so it is easier to integrate into your day/week.
