  • Time: 7:00 pm CT / 8:00 pm ET

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Location: Online via Zoom (join from home in your pyjamas if you want)

  • What you need: A comfy, quiet space where you can fully relax – bed, couch, or a cozy spot on the floor with cushions, pillows, and blankets. An eye covering is a lovely bonus for deeper rest.

This three-part journey leads you through deep rest and dreaming in the heart of winter, intentionally building toward the energetic fresh start of Lunar New Year on Feb 17.
