Finding Light in Winter's Darkness

Winter can feel heavy.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

How Therapy Can Support You

What to Expect

Therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work to understand your challenges and develop strategies for growth and healing.

Our sessions are collaborative, respectful, and focused on your goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, therapy can help you develop new perspectives and coping skills.

Glenda specializes in supporting nervous system dysregulation that can look like anxiety, depression, trauma disorders, and more. She also works specifically with people who are grieving.

My Approach

I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to meet your unique needs.

We'll work together to identify patterns, explore emotions, and develop practical strategies for managing life's challenges.
