Welcome to our Mindful Movement & Meditation series, a seven-week journey starting May 22nd. As nature blooms, join us in exploring the beautiful synergy of movement, meditation, and breathwork, carefully crafted to be gentle and trauma-sensitive, welcoming all bodies to the mat.

In our classes, expect a holistic experience that not only nourishes your body but also your mind and soul. We will be focusing on a different chakra each week as not only a thematic approach to our movement and meditation but a portal to explore our relationship to different components often associated with each chakra.

In today's fast-paced world, finding moments of tranquillity is crucial, and our classes offer practical techniques to calm the mind, promoting overall stress reduction. The series kicks off on May 22nd and runs for seven weeks, with classes weekly on Wednesdays at 1pm MT/ 3pm ET for one hour. All classes are recorded so you can enjoy when you have the time.
