Nourish Your System

How can you Nourish Your System?

When nourishing our nervous systems with care and attention, we function better overall and within relationships. Learning about how we operate and our own tendencies when put into stressful situations allows us to not only practice tools to support ourselves (build resiliency) but also that awareness is key for change.

Here are a few things we can do to nourish our system. From here, you can create your own plan that feels good for you, given where you are at in your life and health.

Self-Reliance: taking in everyday experiences to develop more inner strengths such as grit, confidence, kindness, emotional balance, happiness, patience, and self-awareness.
