GLENDA

Glenda is an experienced yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience and 30 years of personal practice in a variety of different styles of yoga.

Her teaching style is accessible and often focused on down-regulating our nervous system so we may expand our capacity to thrive in the world. She enjoys creating classes based on a theme that can support our self-awareness and encourage curiosity and compassion.

She has over 800 hours of training related to yoga, philosophy and anatomy. She continues her studies and is working towards becoming a certified yoga therapist.
